Stark County Fair Association holds regular monthly meetings on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 5:30 PM (MT) at the Stark County Courthouse Commissioner's Room in Dickinson, ND. Due to courthouse security, doors will remain locked. Entry may be gained by texting 701-290-0293 and someone will let you in.
